"You Give Me Something" by 21 year old James Morrison was a free download on iTunes recently. I forgot about it until it played on a shuffle spin and it grew on me very quickly. This brit looks like Chris Martin of Coldplay, sings like warm honey, and has melodies echoing Stevie Wonder. The video for this song is super zzzz-worthy, but this live version is wonderful. Some wildly popular artists butcher their own songs live, but he proves here that his voice is rock steady and full of soul.
